KNOW THIS.. Nothing in your life has happened on accident. Your pains, trials, struggles, dark valleys along with the victories and triumphs you have experienced in your journey, they are all tools God has used to unfold your life, your story, your testimony through Him.
The Bible says in Romans 8:28 that we know in ALL things God works for the Good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. This means that everything we have walked through in life, even the hardest, ugliest, most heart wrenching circumstances we have faced, they will ALL be used to testify of God’s GREAT love faithfulness. God alone is your safe place of refuge and your hiding place. His righteous right hands uplifts you, guides you and carries you through. God is hope. God is light and God is love. His anointed promises are the truths we hold onto, the truths we cling to that allow us to take those small gasps of air to keep our lungs from collapsing when life has us drowning in the treacherous waters.
Your life, your story, there have been no mistakes. God will use ALL of you, and ALL of your journey to impact your fellow brethren. The wondering, the lost, the broken and wounded that have lost their way, the ones that believe the darkness of their choices are too horrifying for the redemption love of Jesus. The ones that have lost any sort of hope and believe there is no light at the end of pitch black valley they are in, through you and your testimony of God’s healing hand, they will find healing, they will find Jesus.
Listen, it is sooo easy to fall victim to the circumstances we face. In all reality, it takes about a millisecond for the enemy to turn our thinking around and drag us down a dark and lonely road but we need to KNOW and TRUST that God is soo much bigger than any circumstance we face. On the cross at Calvary God defeated the enemy and won the battle. He finished it once and for all and it was ALL done for us. God sacrificed His life to save ours. He conquered the grave and the victory belongs to ALL of us.
Let’s start walking in a different posture. A posture in which our heads are raised high. A posture in which our eyes are focused on Him and a posture in which our hearts, minds and souls are truly grasping and embracing the depths of His divine, anointed love for us. Let’s start looking beyond our circumstances as we stand in a posture of praise, thanking God for choosing us to walk in His victorious freedom, the freedom of the cross.
Allow God to do what only He can do and that is; He brings hope to the hopeless, and light into darkness. He turns our mourning into dancing. He brings strength to the weak and stillness in any storm. He parts the Red Seas. He directs our steps and He makes beauty from our ashes. God is comfort. God is peace. God is our ever present hope in times of trouble. He is redemption and He is forgiveness. God is our healer, our miracle worker and God is LOVE.
I don’t know where you are at today but turn to God. Allow Him to turn your circumstances around and allow Him to perform a miracle in and through your life. All you have to do is lean into Him, be still enough to breathe all of Him in and exhale out all of His faithfulness and goodness. Be available to where He is leading you and say YES to Him.
