What if our current situations we are facing were Gods way to slow us down? What if He was bringing us to a time of stillness and rest so He could saturate us with His presence and nourish our souls with a spiritual refreshment? Would you fight it or would you quiet yourself before Him so He could renew you by the Holy Spirit?
I don’t know about you but I NEED to quite myself before HIM for a renewal of my mind, body and soul. I NEED to be still so He can refresh me and resurrected areas in my life I may have doubt or have lost hope. I NEED to allow Him to cover me with a morning dew, freezing off what I need to let go of, allowing Him to scrape off anything that is hindering me from going deeper within Him. I NEED HIM all the time and sometimes, when life gets hard and things get swept out from under my feet, when I am bed ridden and seeking His face and truths, He reminds me that His heart bleeds for ME while He patiently waits to hear me say, not my will but yours be done.
We need a spiritual physical. We need to continuously go before the Lord and allow Him to refresh our spirits so He can restore what we thought was lost. We need to be refreshed and we need a whole lot of Jesus love ❤️
Praying for your quiet time with the Lord and that you would see the current situations you are facing as a blessing. An intimate time He has etched out just for you and HIM and a time you be still and know HE is God
